During our stay at Agriturismo Casale Le Selvette Guest House, we found the spacious apartments and well-equipped kitchen to be a great value for a family getaway. However, the lack of air conditioning in mid-June was a downside, leading to unwanted mosquito intrusions when we opened the windows to cool down. The location near a busy road intersection also created some noise disturbances. On the upside, the attentive staff provided excellent recommendations for exploring nearby Assisi. The property's generous amenities like the playground for kids and nice swimming pool added to the overall value proposition.If you're seeking a pet-friendly resort with a seasonal outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi, this could be a suitable choice. However, for travelers prioritizing luxury and tranquility, the noise levels and lack of certain amenities like air conditioning might not align with your expectations.
